Using Poswaya and your account

Poswaya provides point-of-sale, inventory, sales, customer management, and multi-store tools for retail businesses. You are responsible for using the service lawfully, providing accurate information, and being authorized to act for each business you create or join.

Your email address identifies your Poswaya account. We may send a one-time code to verify a new device, sign you in, recover access, or confirm a sensitive action such as adding a store. You are responsible for keeping your email account, verification codes, and signed-in devices secure.

Businesses, stores, and access

One Poswaya account may access a business with one or more stores. Store names are not login credentials. Access depends on the verified account, its business membership and role, and the stores assigned to a device.

Owners and authorized users may add stores, assign or revoke devices, and access data across stores according to their permissions. You are responsible for granting appropriate access and removing it when it is no longer needed.

Your business data

You retain ownership of the business information and content you enter into Poswaya, including store, product, inventory, transaction, and customer information. You give us permission to process that data as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your data, for having permission to use it, and for maintaining appropriate records, backups, and access controls. Authorized users may see shared business information and the store information permitted by their role.

Devices, offline use, and synchronization

Poswaya may keep a protected session, account context, and store data on a device so an initialized store can operate offline. Offline changes may be queued and synchronized when connectivity returns. A store that has not previously been initialized on a device may require an internet connection before use.

You are responsible for protecting devices that contain business data and checking that important changes have synchronized. Network failures, conflicting changes, or loss of a device may delay synchronization or affect locally stored data.

Service emails

We may send transactional emails needed to operate or secure Poswaya, including verification codes and account or store notices. These are separate from optional marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Poswaya to break the law, infringe another person's rights, or commit fraud.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not share or misuse verification codes, access tokens, account credentials, or another person's business data.
• Do not upload malicious code or content that could harm the service or another user.
• Do not use the service in a way that could put people, property, or critical systems at risk.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Poswaya useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service, email delivery, synchronization, or offline features will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every business need. Features, store limits, and plan entitlements may change as the product develops.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Poswaya is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Poswaya is a business tool and does not replace your responsibility to comply with tax, accounting, consumer protection, employment, or other laws that apply to your business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and contact

You may stop using Poswaya at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account, session, device, or store access if these terms are violated, required by law, or needed to protect users, business data, or the service.
