Using Poswaya

Poswaya provides point-of-sale, inventory, sales, and customer management tools for retail businesses. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for providing accurate information when you contact us or create an account.

Your store data

You retain ownership of the business information and content you enter into Poswaya. You are responsible for its accuracy, for having permission to use it, and for keeping appropriate backups and access controls for your devices and accounts.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Poswaya to break the law, infringe another person's rights, or commit fraud.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not upload malicious code or content that could harm the service or another user.
• Do not use the service in a way that could put people, property, or critical systems at risk.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Poswaya useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every business need. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued as the product develops.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Poswaya is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Poswaya is a business tool and does not replace your responsibility to comply with tax, accounting, consumer protection, employment, or other laws that apply to your business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and contact
